CIA infiltrated by majority vote expelled for being CIA-lead terrorist organization

Buses filled with handcuffed terrorists who used to be the public/CIA employees were seen pulling out of the parking lot at CIA Headquarters in Langley this morning. The last 7-8 in the building (CIA upper management) were seen cuffing eachother as the newly added doors addressing the security concern locked them in for investigation and quarantine. This marks the fourth time since the CIAs creation this exact same phenomenon has happened, with the war of 1812 against Canada the only war in US history until the 12-13 wars declared beginning almost immediately after WW2 as the temporary legitimization of the CIA a still fiercely contested department came about, unlike all other positions of remotely comparable authority they're NOT elected, we do NOT vote for them, they resist any identification of political party, they have no term limits and decline providing length of employment, they declare the identities of all employees classified, they have thousands of employees, their powers in the modern era are greater than the President.Yet, hmmm...*** they were created to detect enemy cultures converting Americans to that enemy culture, to detect enemy cultures sabotaging society specifically and notably through defamation and asassination of character targeting loyal citizens with mutually beneficial contributions as well as to detect an enemy cultures infiltration of public office. ****

The CIA was Infiltrated by an Enemy Culture

The CIA was created with the Executive Privileges & Authorizations equal to the President & his entire Administration, for only one reason:
To detect enemy cultures seeking to convert American citizens, infiltrate our government, sabotage American culture and destroy The United States of America.
OK so im going to be a bit sarcastic now but just think along these lines/use your imagination..
Satellite recordings from sensors aimed at The CIA Headquarters in Langley, VA, were (finally) recently decrypted by one very determined SETI@Home user who was still running that trendy February 2000 screensaver replacement in the background.
For a moment just a side comment to a reddit post demanding an update to VirtuaGirl, a sudden & unexpected popularity among that thread lead to someone reading it.
What followed was the re-interpretation of a otherwise petty comment into a reconstruction of events that totally blew the planets mind.
Utilizing just a smart phone camera, his hands as two characters, a few smart ass remarks and about 15-20 seconds, this conversation (dated around the 2nd of November 2000) was read from the plastic-printed braille tablets beneath his feet:
("knock knock" "...who goes there?" "this is not a G" "OK. You can come in." *thump* "and that was not Z!" "..." "...")
