What they're afraid of

Technological
---------------
- Internet ID systems allow for social security # connected identification along with other methodologies for proving ones identity. Instead, fraud was perpetuated at an astronomical rate through the creation of fake internet identities and identity theft on social networks. Upwards to 70% of profiles on social networking sites are fraudulent and have been used to perpetuate crimes that have resulted in many deaths, rapes and various other horrible events.

Political
--------------
- A republic is arranged into a series of districts, and districts within districts based off of population density. This can be easily passively and actively monitored with very simple technology based on your location.
- The only job of a politician is to pass or amend laws and to spend taxes within budget criteria, this information can be easily tracked within existing public databases.
- A politicians only job in the election process is to address specifically which laws he is going to pass and amend and what he or she is going to do with the budget. This objective data is publicly available.
- Crime maps are publicly available to pinpoint criminal activity in any given area.
- Debating tools can be used to restrict the use of rhetoric in debate and keep politics to objective information.

Social
-----------
- Social networking systems allow people who share similar or exact interests, values and personalities to meet eachother. Through massive profile fraud and the deliberate releasing and camouflaging of predators, people are isolated back into private networks.
- Dating is revolutionized, information exchange is significantly increased, the social network of any given individual is dramatically increased. Through massive profile fraud and the deliberate camouflaging of predators, people are isolated back into bars and real world "luck-based" dating and socializing.
- These systems will substantially lower the barriers between people as prejudices and traditional stereotypes are wiped out in favor of individuality, as a result it becomes more common for everyone in the community to know eachother. Instead of this, massive amounts of narcissism and prejudice was and is fraudulently spread throughout all social networks.
- Such systems are easily regulated with an Internet ID system to pinpoint people who are conducting themselves in an impolite fashion. The idea of an Internet ID system is intentionally challenged as an invasion of privacy by politicians who are utilizing fraud to stay elected.
- The expressive nature of these systems will dramatically improve increasing the creative abilities of individuals and groups for distribution of creative material and expression of new ideas, which will be far far more intelligent and unique given the increased communication between people. Large entertainment companies are intentionally spamming YouTube and video hosting sites with tens of thousands of videos a day to steal all keywords so that your videos or music aren't to be found. Meanwhile purchasing large advertisements so that you may view there material out of frustration.
- The capacity to organize for moral concerns within or outside our borders is realized, however the desire for violence is substantially lowered as the quality of life has increased so significantly. Instead morality itself is being exterminated in favor of amorality and lawlessness so that people become paranoid and mistrusting of one another.
- The ability for countries to challenge the political, social and economic structures of other nations through direct communication with its citizens. Websites such as Google, Facebook, Myspace and others deliberately regionalize there networks to keep americans contained and create fake foreigners so that irrational prejudices and stereotypes may continue to exist.
- Machine language translation allows for communication in nearly every language
- Collaborative tools allow for an unlimited amount of information exchange between an unlimited amount of people, such as within a specific field, with conclusions (or any kind of input) being mapped utilizing existing software.
- Varying new methods of expression especially expression of new methods of expression (Kit kits)

Financial
-----------
- Because of the increased social exchange and increase in creative ability through expression and exchange of ideas, more and more people will be starting there own distribution businesses. Instead, the country is adopting corporatism, the idea of working for corporations and the state instead of expressing and marketing your own ideas.
- People who are successful in there local community will expand there efforts globally, starting businesses in other countries where the costs are significantly lower while also improving the quality of life in these countries. This is usually not something a small business is capable of doing. Instead, large companies fear additional competition and external influences such as China do not want Americans with more purchasing power meddling in there 3rd world affairs.
- Utilizing time & resource management, networks of information exchange and a cultural model of entrepreneurship and the desire for a constant improvement in ones skillset, the nation has a significant advantage over all others. Instead, this is seen by external multinational influences as a threat to there ability to compete in the world market, as well as a threat to american businesses who perceive these efficient management systems as a threat to there own systems and management itself.
- Because of the nations perceived quality of life, economic, creative and technological evidence of cultural superiority, it is seen as the leader in a revolution of trade, thought and expression. As a result of this many other countries will begin to copy our model, however will find themselves decades behind as there are very rapid social, intellectual, economic and creative advancements under this scenario. Instead, the personality of the average american is being intentionally reduced to a prejudiced, belligerent, and narrow-minded person that nobody has the desire to communicate with neither look up to for social guidance.

- Because of the increased information exchange, working always within the existing model, you will find more contributions to the stock market and so forth as people are more knowledgeable of the financial system. Instead, this is perceived as a threat by very large companies with financial interests such as News Corp, owner of the Dow Jones Industrial Index (and Myspace.com) and mutual fund companies that want you only to invest in companies listed on this index. As well as people who hold a controlling share in these companies.

Facts
-----------
- This is just a very brief summary
- It should have begun about 2 years ago
- Nobody would have noticed
- There must be and would've been no change to government or legal infrastructure and any threats need to be/would've been neutralized as codified by existing government and legal infrastructure
- This is not and was not a threat to american citizens but a natural progression that we always do

What Happened
-------------
- Private & foreign interests of substantial wealth manufacturing skepticism
- Significant resources are used for bad never for good
- Western european countries are adopting this model and the Canadian government is hiring IT programmers to develop similar systems for the state
- The United States government considers it a high level threat to national security and will not allow it.
- The US is envisioning the use of a communal (and social darwinist) model that works with existing corporations and corporations/institutions approved by the government, failing to take into account psychological, statistical (and case) studies which prove the superiority of open systems (fittest for survival).
- The nature of these systems depend on the nurturing of natural abilities, interests and talents (however specialized) not in privilege.
- Those with the privilege will abuse it to sabotage foreign financial sectors
- The advancements are extremely rapid and if they are not implemented they are a serious threat to the countries ability to compete in the world market in the medium-term
